**Title : Supervisor**

**Location **: kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

**Role ** : 1)Purchase of Raw Material

2. Prcessing of Seafood and Veg and Non veg Ready to Eat Products

3. Ensure that workers follow the factory rules, hygiene systems etc.

4. Monitoring the processing acvitivities.

**II) Title : Online QC**

Perform quality control checks and generate QC reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards.

Perform sensory evaluation

Conduct QC inspection

Provide technical and quality related assistance.

Perform regular internal and external product quality control and monitor their quality.

Compile QC report related documents

B.Sc Zoology/Botany/Chemistry/Fishery passout
