IT Technician

Install, troubleshoot, and fix hardware and software:

- Assist employees with technology issues
- Report network interruptions and server outages
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures
- Scan for and remove computer viruses
- Maintain working components through repair or replacement
- Assist call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties
- Monitor clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage
- Support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company
- Conduct daily backup operations
- Manage technical documentation
