We are currently seeking a proficient and dedicated Dynatrace Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Dynatrace Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups interested in learning about Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions on Dynatrace APM and DEM solutions, covering topics such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ensuring that material is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, to facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
- Provide guidance and support to participants as they work through exercises and projects, offering assistance and feedback to enhance their understanding and proficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Dynatrace technology, incorporating new features and enhancements into training curriculum as appropriate.
- Assess participant learning outcomes through quizzes, exams, and hands-on assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support their skill development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback to track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience delivering technical training or instruction, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with participants from different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Availability to teach classes on a part-time basis, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their learning goals.
- Familiarity with other APM and DEM tools and technologies, such as New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK Stack, is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance training effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Dynatrace Certified Associate or Dynatrace Certified Professional certification.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), particularly in cloud-native environments.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
