**In this role, you have the opportunity to:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to **drive the business strategy and growth of our WealthTech app**.

The role involves **introducing new financial products, such as mutual funds and insurance**, and driving both topline and bottomline growth.

**Responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **launch of new financial instruments, expanding the app's portfolio with mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase assets under management (AUM), while ensuring scalability in terms of user base and repeat usage.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless execution and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and **establish partnerships with mutual fund houses, insurance providers, and other relevant financial entities.**:

- Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, revenue growth, AUM, user acquisition, and repeat rates, ensuring business objectives are met.
- **Efficient and timely introduction of new products**.
- Increasing topline through expanded offerings and market reach.
- Growth in total assets managed through the app.
- **User Acquisition & Retention**: Growth in user base and improvement in user retention and engagement.
- **Repeat Usage**: Increase in repeat transaction rates, indicating sustained user activity.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institution (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related field within the financial technology sector.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
