Key Responsibilities:
Hair Styling and Cutting: Perform haircuts, trims, and hairstyling services for both male and female clients, considering their individual preferences and hair types. Stay updated with the latest cutting and styling techniques to provide clients with contemporary and trendy looks.

Hair Treatments: Offer various hair treatments such as conditioning, moisturizing, and repairing therapies to improve the health and appearance of clients' hair. Assess clients' hair conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for specific concerns, such as dryness, damage, or frizz.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, preferences, and expectations. Provide professional advice on suitable styles, products, and maintenance routines. Ensure clear communication to avoid misunderstandings and deliver exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest hair care products, tools, and technologies. Recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients to help them maintain their desired looks at home. Educate clients on proper product usage, styling techniques, and aftercare routines.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including styling stations, equipment, and tools. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, sterilizing and sanitizing tools and equipment after each client. Follow local health regulations and maintain a safe salon environment.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring punctuality and mínimal wait times for clients. Maintain accurate records of client preferences, services performed, and products used. Effectively communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and advancements in the hairdressing industry. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and expand knowledge. Embrace continuous learning and adapt to changing fashion trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser, preferably with expertise in unisex styling.
- In-depth knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling techniques, and trends.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of hairdressing tools and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics to create personalized and fashionable looks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations related to hairdressing.
- Flexibility to adapt to clients' needs and preferences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
