**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- New Parts Development and ECN implementation, part development from drawing finalization stage to pilot lot approval and dispatch of pilot lot supplies.
- Feasibility Study of Drawings, Specification review with Supplier & APQP for Component Development.
- New Source identification & Selection, vendor Audit & Process Audit for Value Engineering.
- Quotations Calling, Quote Analysis & Cost Negotiation, term, and conditions Finalization.
- RM and Process Price Settlement of Different Sources of Components.
- Alternate Source & Manufacturing Process Development for Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
- Conduct GPA & NDA with suppliers for respective commodity
- Packing improvement /implementation of environment norms.
- To make cost standard & should be cost for respective commodity.
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP MM Module)

**Qualification**: bachelor’s in mechanical engineering

**Experience**: 4-7 Years

**Preferred Industrial Experience**: Automotive

**Other Knowledge, Skills, Personal Attributes**:

- Knowledge of different child part manufacturing process i.e., Casting, Sheet Metal, Rubber & Plastic etc. (Any Specific commodity profile also ok, however person should understand the procedure for Sourcing & Vendor development)
- Good Analytical skills.
- Good Knowledge of SAP.
- Good Knowledge of Costing.
- Soft behavior or personal skills related to the individual capacity to execute a job task or responsibility.
