We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Loan Officer to join our dynamic team at the Lead Management System - Financial Services. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads and promoting our insurance services to businesses and individuals. Role and responsibilities
- **Inbound Sales Support**: Handle incoming calls from potential customers who have expressed interest in the company's products or services. Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to address customer requirements, leveraging knowledge of product features and benefits
- **Follow-up and Pipeline Management**: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Customer Service and Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, provide post-sales support and assistance to customers as needed
- **Quality conversation: Accuracy**, Product Knowledge, Appraisal Skills, Punctuality & TOS, TAT commitments
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and achievements. Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate schedules between sales representatives and potential clients. Utilize a scheduling tool or software to manage appointments efficiently. Communicate clearly with both parties to confirm appointment details.
- Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate - A minimum of 6+ months experience in Inbound sales, Telecalling, BPO, Telemarketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
