**Role & responsibilities**:

- Anticipate guests’ needs : understand their likes, allergies, dislikes, preferences
- Communication : greet and attend to guests with the utmost courtesy and

professionalism
- Table Service : handle all aspects of table service. Ensure refined and a gracious

dining experience
- Villa Management : oversee and manage day-to-day operations, deep cleaning
- Staff Management : assign duties, manage staff roster

**Skills / Qualities**:

- High guest centricity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to get work done
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic English Language proficiency
- Ability to solve problems, with strong customer service skills
