As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a critical role in driving our technical strategy, overseeing product development, and ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives.

**Job description**

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Define and maintain the overall technical architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our software systems.

Oversee the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support product development.

Lead a team of full stack, front end and back end developers to develop solutions or products in coordination with product and business development teams

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with promoters, clients, and key stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations.

Oversee the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support product development

Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and stay ahead of industry trends.

Have an eye for problem solving and look at a longer term permanent problem fixing approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 to 15 years) in a leadership role within the software development industry or BFSI
- Strong technical background with expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of modern software development languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience in managing and scaling technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business value through technology.

**Salary**: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
