Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through proactive communication.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions and upsell products/services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries effectively.
**Requirements**:
Education : minimum 12th pass
experience : 1 to 5 years of preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
**Experience**:
- tele calling: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
