**Job Title: Account and Purchase Administrator**

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented account and purchase administrator to join our team. The Account and Purchase Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts and Purchasing Department, which includes tracking expenses, maintaining records, processing invoices, and verifying the accuracy of accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the accuracy of financial records by reconciling invoices and purchase orders
- Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely manner
- Monitor vendor accounts and ensure payment terms are met
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Answer customer inquiries related to accounts payable or purchasing
- Provide support to other departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com)
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or purchasing

Location: Cuddalore & Coimbatore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
