**The role requires the ability to engage with the Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership. Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA ability

The other details e.g. Technical, Process, etc. are given below.

**Technical Skills**
- Unix - Good knowledge on Unix OS and its commands along with scripting skills
- Linux - knowledge of Linux commands.
- SQL- Good knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.
- Putty, Toad.
- Basic networking concepts. Protocols - FTP, sFTP, TCP/IP, etc is desirable
- Prior experience in working on EDI, Supply chain domain is desirable.

**Soft Skills/Others**
- Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
- Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during day-to-day activities and maintenance.
- Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Can be APAC, U.K, U.S Shift) and open to working in night shift on a rotation basis.
- Quick learner with an ability to acquire new skills in short time scales
- Flexible to work with and a good team player.

**Process [Must Have]**
- Application/Production Support in 24X7 model.
- Application patching and upgrade experience.
- Monitoring service interruption alerts and troubleshooting them as per SLA.
- Addressing live issues and resolving them within pre-defined SLAs with improved productivity and quality.
- Familiarization with ITIL concepts and experience in the use of service management tools like ServiceNow, etc.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

**Qualifications**:
.Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E, BCA, MCA, M.Tech
