As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing a vehicle. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with customers, showcase our inventory, and facilitate sales transactions. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, and present financing options to customers. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up on inquiries.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues in the sales department, finance department, and service department to streamline the sales process and provide a seamless customer experience. Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by management. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales. Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation associated with each sale, including contracts, financing agreements, and vehicle registration.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is also beneficial.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying product information.
- **Customer-Focused**: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage leads, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this role. Additional education or training in sales, business, or automotive technology is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
