Leading Electrical/Electronics mfg MNC requires PPC Executive

Powder Stock adjustment in SAP as per physical stock taking in press area & Granulate sample Trial adjust in SAP.

All SAP Production Planning activity like PIR Deletion of the previous month, TECO of the Confirmed production order, and Scrap adjustment in SAP based on NCR, to create the new Work Center, PL order creation, Sample order deletion from system etc.

Preparation works order and Packing material planning and amendments to Material Requirement.

"Preparation of Capacity assessment as per the monthly forecast given by Logistic & finalize in the Planning file.

"

Review of Export Dispatch plan, Domestic Dispatch plan & Pressing Plan.

Maximization of Delivery Reliability & Monthly sales target.

Keeping a close Production follow up with all the department.

Communication with purchase, Logistic, Engineering, Powder, Pressing, Sintering and Grinding dept.

Prepare the Aging analysis of Green and Sinter Stock and Throughput preparation.

Assists the Shop Floor in SAP Solution transfer.

Preparation Packing material planning and amendments to Material Requirement.

"The information from daily production reports are consolidated on a monthly basis and a monthly

Production Report shall be prepared by the Planning department and circulated to all relevant people.

"

"Monitor the stock of packing materials, consumables etc. through the weekly stock statement given by the stores department and follows up with purchase for any shortfall.

"

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
