**Position**: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

**Location**: Piplod

**Type of Job**: Full-Time

**Responsibility**:

- Give consumers a warm welcome and helpful support.
- Describe the different car models, their characteristics, and their alternatives.
- Assist the sales staff with the buying process.
- For post-sale support, work with the service department.
- Assure excellent client satisfaction by quickly resolving issues.
- Keep thorough records of all of your transactions and interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:

- prior experience dealing with customers, ideally in the automobile industry.
- outstanding organizing and communication abilities.
- Training and Work Experience:

- a high school degree or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
