**Job Description of account assistant**

1. Preparing day to day vouchers 2. Making entries in Tally.erp 9

3. Suppliers bill verification and bill filing 4. Bank reconciliations

5. Debtor/Creditor reconciliations 6. Preparation of Proforma invoice, Commercial invoice and packing list for Local/export orders

7. Issuance of e-way bill for goods movement 8. Preparation of purchase order

9. Employee attendance, salary preparation and distribution

10. Prepare data for TDS return 11. Prepare data for GST return

12. Preparation of various MIS reports 13. Correspondence with banks, consultants

14. Any other accounts related work 15. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word 16. Excellent working knowledge of Tally.Erp9

17. Prepare all documents of dispatch (sales Bill, Delivery Note, Form 402, 403)

18. Maintain and update files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible either manually or through data entry using computer

19. Perform other office duties as and when assigned by authority

20.Petty cash maintenance

**Requirements**:
2. Work experience
- 1 to 2 years, 3-4 years desirable

3. Working knowledge of Microsoft office & ERP Tally-9

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
