**Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via call/chat during assigned shifts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services, guiding them through the purchasing process, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our company's products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, if necessary.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer support
- Calling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers/external teams through chat and phone calls.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer situations and resolving their concerns.
- Startup experience is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
