**Capturing Candid Moments**: The primary responsibility is to capture candid moments of guests dining, interacting with staff, and enjoying the restaurant's ambiance. This includes capturing the atmosphere, decor, and overall vibe of the restaurant.
- **Food Photography**: Taking high-quality photographs of menu items, beverages, and specials to showcase the restaurant's culinary offerings. This involves styling the food appropriately, ensuring proper lighting, and capturing mouthwatering images that entice potential customers.
- **Video Content Creation**: Shooting candid video footage of the restaurant's interior, exterior, and dining experience. This may include capturing busy service periods, behind-the-scenes kitchen activity, and customer interactions to provide a dynamic representation of the restaurant.
- **Social Media Content**: Creating content specifically tailored for social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This includes producing visually appealing images and videos optimized for each platform to engage followers and attract new customers.
- **Event Coverage**: Documenting special events, promotions, or themed nights hosted by the restaurant. This involves capturing candid moments, guest reactions, and highlights of the event to share on social media or the restaurant's website.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Working closely with the marketing team to align photography and video content with the restaurant's branding and marketing objectives. This may involve participating in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input, and executing the vision outlined by the marketing team.
- **Editing and Post-Production**: Editing photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency with the restaurant's brand identity. This includes color correction, cropping, adding text overlays, and selecting appropriate music for video content.
- **Timely Delivery of Content**: Ensuring that photos and videos are delivered promptly to meet deadlines for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website updates.
- **Customer Interaction and Sensitivity**: Interacting with restaurant guests in a professional and courteous manner while capturing candid moments. This includes being respectful of guests' privacy and seeking permission before photographing or filming individuals.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintaining and caring for photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal performance. This includes cleaning lenses, charging batteries, and storing equipment safely when not in use.
- **Staying Updated on Trends**: Keeping abreast of current trends in restaurant photography and videography to ensure that content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
