Client Relationship Executive

**Role: Client Relations.**
**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming visitors and taking down the requirements of the walk-ins and passing on the leads to the respective departments.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone and general correspondence, Transferring calls to the respective departments.
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the office and reporting to HR on the status of the same.
- Assisting the HR team with processes.
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Managing scheduling and appointments.
- Assisting the operations team with their corresponding needs, and tasks as assigned by the team for follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in any field or related fields to travel is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist / Office Admin executive and in relevant job roles.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and Social skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English, Hindi and Kannada language.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
