Sublimation Incharge

**Position Overview**:
The Sublimation In charge is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire sublimation printing process, ensuring high-quality production, timely delivery, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising the team, maintaining equipment, managing resources, and implementing effective workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sublimation printing.
- A diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of sublimation printing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
