**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

Overview: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. This role involves a blend of sales and marketing strategies to maximize product/service visibility and generate revenue. The position requires proactive engagement, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-field environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients/customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and expand customer base by building rapport, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Relationship Building:

- Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing Initiatives:

- Implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and product visibility in the assigned territory.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products/services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target market.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adapt strategies and improve sales performance.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a field-based setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
