- ITI qualification in welding or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tack welding.
- Proficiency in tack welding techniques for both Carbon and Stainless Steel.
- Knowledge of welding blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
