Social Media Poster Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, posters, and visual content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience demographics.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Design graphics that effectively communicate key messages, promotions, and brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for each social media platform and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and platform updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design specifications.
- Excellent creativity and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred but not required.
