Office Receptionist (Male/Female)

**CTC**: Upto ₹2, 64,000 per annum

**Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Handle phone calls and messages.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a presentable reception area.
- Manage visitor access and security protocols.
- Provide administrative support when needed.
- Monitor office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries courteously.
- Assist in event coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and update records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in office equipment and computer use.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and efficient task handling.
