Nursing Supervisor

**Qualifications**: _Recognized Nursing Course_

**Experience**: _Minimum 10 years_

**Age**: _below 45 years_

- **We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long term planning.**_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- a) Scheduling nurses’ shifts_
- b) Assigning nurses to patients_
- c) Ensuring nursing operational standards are met_
- d) Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics_
- e) Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures_
- f) Train new team members_
- g) Evaluate nurses’ performance_
- h) Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions_
- i) Handle complaints or other issues_
- j) Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends_
- k) Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures_
- **Requirements and skills**:_
- a) Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor_
- b) In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures_
- c) Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare_
- d) Team management skills_

e) Great communication and people skills

f) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

g) Valid nursing license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
