We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedician to join our clinic on a partnership basis. As an Orthopedician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional orthopedic care and services to our patients. Your expertise and knowledge in orthopedics will contribute to the overall success of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose orthopedic conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, symptoms, and specific needs.

Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, therapies, and rehabilitation exercises to facilitate patient recovery and improve mobility.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and radiologists, to coordinate patient care and provide comprehensive treatment solutions.

Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to ensure optimal long-term outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of orthopedics, attending conferences and continuing education programs as necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.

Provide guidance and supervision to medical staff, including residents, interns, and nurses, in orthopedic procedures and patient care.

Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic by providing exceptional patient care and promoting our orthopedic services within the community.

Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and specialization in Orthopedics.

Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Orthopedics.

Valid medical license to practice as an Orthopedician.

Proven experience as an Orthopedician, preferably in a clinical setting.

Proficient in performing orthopedic surgeries and interpreting diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current orthopedic practices, surgical techniques, and treatment options.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.

Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Willingness to contribute to the clinic's growth and success by participating in business development activities.
