**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fields

Having 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US Technology (IT) Recruitment

Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications

Should be able to work with independent visa consultants

Comfortable in working in US time zones

Strong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter role

Proficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
