*Job Summary:*

As a Chiropractor at Parasnath Speciality Clinics, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal musculoskeletal health through non-invasive chiropractic techniques. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various neuromusculoskeletal conditions, emphasizing hands-on adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history, pain points, and overall health conditions.
- Perform accurate diagnoses of musculoskeletal issues and create tailored treatment plans.
- Administer hands-on spinal adjustments, manipulations, and other chiropractic techniques to provide relief from pain and discomfort.
- Educate patients about their conditions, proposed treatments, and preventive measures to empower them in their wellness journey.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, orthopedic specialists, and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in chiropractic care, attending workshops and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Uphold the clinic's reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, and community outreach events, to promote chiropractic services.

*Qualifications:*
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current state licensure to practice chiropractic care in Maharashtra.
- Proven experience as a Chiropractor, with a strong track record of successful patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and explain complex medical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a thorough understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care, fostering trust and rapport with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
