Fashion Stylist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled fashion stylist to join our team at Zardozi, a clothing retail store for sarees, indo-western and bridal wear, on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to determine their style preferences and needs, and create personalised, on-trend outfits that suit their style and occasion.
- Provide fashion advice and recommendations to customers on fit, color, and style.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, styles, and products.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product selection.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, including lookbooks and social media posts.
- Create stylish and trendy outfits for clients for various occasions.
- Attend industry events and fashion shows to stay informed and connected.
- Manage and organize wardrobe inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a fashion stylist, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and products.
- Confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in fashion styling software and tools,Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design software is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of (required)
