**Role**:Custom House Agent (CHA) officer - Air & Sea Operations

**Job Type**: Full time
**Exp**:3 to 6 Years (Experience mandatory in Customs and sales liners handling)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assigning Job Reference, Scrutint of Documents,
2. Consistently following and Monitoring Vessel arrival details with Liner / Agent, Customer co-ordination getting documents for on time filing
3. Preparation of Bill of Entry Checklist and Checklist approval to Customer
4. Uploading doucments through E-Sanchit Portal, Filing of Bill of Entry in ICEGATE, Co-ordination with Operations staff and handover documents
5. Monitoring Customs query and get documents form Customer and reply Customs Query,Updation of Bill of Entry assessment status to Customer
6. Ensure Duty request to customer and follow up for getting Origianl documents for clearance
7. New Product getting Product Liiterature and Writeup
8. Preparation of MIS for various licences MEIS, EPCG, Advance Authorisation licence as required by customer
10. Maintaining of Provisional assessment duty Bond details.
