Job Description:

- Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements.
- Model business processes in a PS & PPM area onto the package using prior implementation experience.
- Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring, and implementing the Project module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions, or 3rd party interfaces.
- Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP.
- Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope & requirements.
- Responsible for imparting end-user training. Ensure that the employees understand the need for SAP and also be able to use it to boost the overall performance of the company.

**Skills/Experience Requirements**:

- Mark the required experience.
- SAP PS Consultant must have all required Project System functional and Configuration knowledge in SAP ECC system & S/4 HANA.
- Experience in implementation/support/rollout projects.
- Understanding of the integration with various modules FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, and HR in relation to PS.
- Capable to map various business requirements into standard SAP functionality and suggest best practices for the solution.
- Experience in function document preparation, functional specification for ABAP objects, and guiding technical team for development objects.
- Experience in UAT, end-user training, and documentation.
- Information System: Hierarchy Reports for Cost/Revenue
- Hands-on experience in configuring the following in the PS module:

- Standard structure creations
- Scheduling methods
- Workforce Planning
- Cost planning methods
- Budget Control functionalities
- CATS
- Revenue Planning
- Resource Related Billing
- Milestone Billing
- Create Project versions
- Workflow in PS
- Assembly Processing in PS
- Progress analysis
- Result analysis
- Settlement
- Period-end closing
- Project closure
- Knowledge in Investment Management(IM-PS).
- Basic Knowledge of PPM & CPM modules
- Good analytical skills and more than a quick learner and a good team player.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent Oral and written communication.
- SAP Certification in PS module will be an added advantage
