Job Title: Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects within budget and deadline.
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., sales reports, website analytics) to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities, results, and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) with an MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, trade shows, and events.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
