**Job Role**: Field Sales Executive

**Experience**: 0 to 2 years

**Job Mode**: Work From Office

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.

4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management on sales performance and market trends.

9. Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry regulations, and selling techniques through training sessions and professional development opportunities.

10. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products/services and expand our customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel as needed.
