**Responsibilities**

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Informatica technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all projects.
- Optimize performance and scalability of data management solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a deep understanding of Informatica SaaS CAI Business 360 and CDI.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Informatica technologies.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies.
