- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and dishwashing areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables in accordance with established procedures.
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
