**Assistant Executive/ Executive - MNC - Mysore Karnataka**

Experience: 3 years minimum

Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical Engineering

CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors
- Track the orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analysis and trend details.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts and related documents.
- Maintain the Inventory at min level and actively involved in discussion and negotiation.
- Coordinating with the internal department, understand the requirement and get the quote with proper description of work / part.

Requirements*
- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant / Executive or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Hands-on experience working ERP.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other tools.
- Knowledge on steel and indirect material.
- Solid Negotiation skill.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
