- Monitor baking processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Responsible for managing inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Keep their work area clean and sanitary, and they may also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment.
- Following recipes is crucial, bakers often have room for creativity in designing new recipes or tweaking existing ones to create unique products
- Expertise in tempering chocolate, a process that involves melting and cooling chocolate to specific temperatures to achieve the desired texture and shine.
- Prepare various types of candies, such as hard candies, gummies, truffles, and fudge.
- Decorate confectionery items using techniques such as piping, dipping, and molding to enhance their appearance.
- Flavorings, colorings, and other ingredients to confectionery products to achieve desired tastes and appearances.
- Packaging finished confectionery products for sale, ensuring they are attractive and properly labeled.
- Ensure that their products meet quality standards and are safe for consumption.
- Opportunities to showcase their creativity in designing new types of candies and chocolates or experimenting with flavors and textures.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
