Job Title: Business Development Associate Intern
**Job Description**:
Education Qualification:
Bachelors or MBA in Marketing, Sales, Finance (Min above 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation)
**Language**:
Very Good vocabulary in English
Roles and responsibilities:
- Generate leads through direct sales, digital marketing and hosting events
- Give a live presentation to an audience.
- Set up and conduct meet-ups in school and Colleges
- Present products and services to the right audience.
- Answer the questions and resolve objections for the users.
- Live prestation and hosting events related to financial education.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain their satisfaction.
- Track, report and analyse on sales performance
Minimum requirement:
- Strong communication skills: Sales representatives need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to build rapport, explain complex products or services, and close deals.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to solve customer problems is an essential skill for sales representatives. They should be able to identify and understand the customer's needs, and then develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Motivation and drive to learn new things: Sales representatives need to be motivated and driven to succeed. They should be able to set and achieve goals, and they should be willing to work hard to close deals.
- Teamwork skills: Sales representatives has to work as part of a team. They should be able to collaborate effectively with others and share information.
