Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing information or transferring calls to the appropriate department.
Patient Registration:
Efficiently register patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance details.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate patient appointments and assist in managing the appointment calendar.
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Information and Assistance:
Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies to patients and visitors.
Assist in directing individuals to their designated departments or areas within the hospital.
Record Keeping:
