Side Supervisor

As a construction site supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the construction project and ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Managing the site: You will be responsible for managing the construction site, coordinating with various teams such as contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Planning and scheduling: You will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within the given time frame and deadlines.

Budgeting and cost control: You will be responsible for keeping the project within the allocated budget, monitoring and controlling project costs, and ensuring that all expenditures are justified.

Ensuring safety: You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all workers on the construction site, ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed, and minimizing risks to personnel, property, and equipment.

Quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards, monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors, and conducting regular inspections

**Salary**: ₹11,899.29 - ₹22,492.44 per month
