Factory Medical Officer

TATA Metaliks, a leading metal manufacturing company, is seeking a Factory Medical Officer to join their team at their Kharagpur location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage medical emergencies, common medical ailments, and occupational diseases in compliance with WB Factory rules, FA-1948, BMW 2016.
- Diagnose and manage medical emergencies, identify life-threatening signs or symptoms, resuscitate, control bleeding, stabilize fractures, administer IV infusion and injections, and make appropriate referrals.
- Diagnose and treat common medical ailments, identify serious or uncommon diseases, and guide patients to take further treatment.
- Analyze medical reports, assess trends in medical or occupational conditions or diseases, and diagnose occupational diseases in early stages.
- Train and develop the skills of nursing staff in handling emergencies and other medical conditions.
