Role: Full-time | Work from Office

Working days: 6 Days a week

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to create well-structured, persuasive, and customized proposals that effectively communicate the company's offerings and value proposition.
- Proficient in conducting research and gathering relevant information to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Meticulous approach to writing, editing, and proofreading proposals to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Ability to tailor proposals to different client needs and industries, showcasing the company's capabilities and solutions.
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to address them in proposals to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and improve proposal writing skills based on feedback and industry best practices.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research and gather necessary information to understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather input and create comprehensive and customized proposals.
- Write and format proposals in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring they are aligned with company branding and guidelines.
- Customize proposals to address client needs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Maintain a database or system to track and organize all quotations and proposals sent to clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they have received and reviewed the proposals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Continuously improve proposal writing techniques, incorporating feedback and best practices.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
