Clinique Receptionist

**Location**: Kharghar Navi Mumbai.

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding clinic services, products, and procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Knowledge of clinic operations and terminology is a plus

Pay: ₹12,016.08 - ₹35,020.32 per month
