Position**:Cost Controller (Interior Fit
- Outs)**

Company: KK Technocrats Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience: 8-10 years in costing/cost accounting in general contracting/interior fit-outs/construction industry

Qualification: MBA, preferably ICWA or CCP certification
- Conceptualize, design and implement cost control procedures and policies.
- Build and lead a small team of Cost/ Profitability analysts.
- Develop/ design comprehensive variance analysis at project level and determine root cause for each significant variance.
- Examine standard costs against actuals to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with business managers/ project managers to review costs, reconcile variances and identify areas for productivity and cost improvement.
- Produce/ refine project cost reports while the projects are ongoing so that management can take appropriate actions.
- Develop and implement a plan for spot checks at project sites.
- Cost benchmarking across projects/ sites.Document and continuously update all procedures.
- Provide inputs to Estimating team to improve bid estimations.
- Provide inputs to Procurement team on vendor comparative performance in terms of cost efficiencies for top cost items.
- Validate the cost savings achieved during the Procurement process.
- Suggest and implement changes to improve existing methods/ ERP Module to improve gathering of cost data and its analysis.
- Identify best practices leading to cost savings in any project and work with management to implement these in other areas.
- Organize/ conduct cost awareness sessions to improve cost consciousness among project managers

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
