- Coordinate & prepare quotation, & sales order.
- Prepare and ensure sales invoice (cash or credit-local and interstate).
- Prepare and ensure sales return (credit note and debit note).
- Prepare delivery chellan /packing slip.
- Prepare e-way bill.
- Periodical check and update of stock.
- Take damages reports and update in software.
- Update damage stock details.
- Total invoice, Delivery Chellan (DC) per day with value (cash or credit).
- Total sales return per day
- Prepare e-way bill.

**1.** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Matriculation/Graduate.
- Work experience, as a Data Entry Operator/Office Clerk/billing executive.

Familiarity with administrative duties
