Lubricants Formulator (Multiple Openings)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Lubricant Formulator** with expertise in **Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science** and experience in the formulation of automotive and industrial lubricants. As a Lubricant Formulator, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing lubricant products, additives, and ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate a wide range of **automotive and industrial lubricants**, including engine oils, greases, transmission fluids, hydraulic fluids, coolants, and diesel exhaust fluids
- Design lubricant formulations with appropriate base oils, viscosity modifiers, detergents, anti-wear agents, and other essential additives
- Develop and improve **additives** to enhance product performance, efficiency, and longevity
- Conduct and oversee **quality testing** (e.g., viscosity, wear resistance, oxidation stability) and ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with **industry regulations** (API, ACEA, ISO) and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot formulation and production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective production processes
- Perform **research on new additives** and emerging technologies to innovate and optimize formulations
- Create and document **technical data sheets** and **quality control procedures**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science**:

- Knowledge of **automotive and industrial lubricant formulations**, including common additives
- Understanding of **quality control tests** (e.g., ASTM tests for viscosity, flash point, pour point, and oxidation stability)
- Familiarity with **API, ACEA, and ISO standards**:

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies

**Intern-to-Hire Model**:

- **Freshers** will join through an **intern-to-hire** program, allowing us to assess your skills in a practical setting before offering a full-time position.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
