Space Planner

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and plan construction projects, including the preparation of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Analyse survey reports maps, and other data to plan projects, such as the construction of buildings, highways, and bridges.
- Evaluate the feasibility of proposed projects, including assessing site conditions, environmental impact, and the potential for hazard.
- Manage construction projects, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform site inspections to ensure that construction projects are being completed according to design specifications and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including architects, contractors, and government officials, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and present reports, proposals, and other documentation related to construction projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹350,000.00 per month
