**Job Title: Junior Assistant**

**Job Overview**:
As a Junior Assistant at Entrepreneurs' Organization Hyderabad Chapter, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and assisting in the smooth operation of our office.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and organized individual looking to gain experience in a fast
- paced and entrepreneurial environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Help maintain office supplies and equipment.

**2. Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a point of contact for members, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in distributing information and communications to EO Hyderabad members.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents and reports.

**3. Record Keeping**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support in organizing and archiving essential documents.

**4. Event and Meeting Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
- Support the planning and execution of EO Hyderabad Chapter events, workshops, and seminars.

**5. Member Engagement**:

- Help in member engagement initiatives, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Assist in member recruitment and retention efforts.

**6. Administrative Projects**:

- Provide assistance in special projects, research, data analysis, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior staff to maintain the organization's databases and CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Some experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- An interest in entrepreneurship and a desire to contribute to the success of EO

Hyderabad Chapter.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position, with standard office hours.
- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
- The position may offer opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
