Graphic Web Designer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing web graphics, including banners, icons, infographics, and other graphical elements for our website and digital platforms.
- Create engaging and interactive user interface designs that align with the overall brand guidelines and ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize web graphics and images for fast loading times while maintaining high-quality visuals.
- Ensure consistency in design across various digital touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve the design based on user preferences and needs.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Web Designer, preferably in the Fintech or Financial services industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel draw, Pixlr.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile first design approaches.
- Excellent visual design skills, including colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and an understanding of financial products and services is advantageous.

**Education Qualification and Work Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered. Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in same field.
