**Role Description**

As a Client Servicing Representative, your primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. You'll work closely with various internal teams to coordinate the delivery of solutions, address client inquiries or concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a catalyst for the organization by being a brilliant representative of the company.
- Manage effective communication between the client and the team.
- Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations.
- Juggle effectively between multiple client’s needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects.
- Understand the core objective of clients’ marketing needs, come up with implementable ideas, and make recommendations accordingly.
- Ensure every team mate positively imbibes and practices the ideology of the organization, so as to maintain a good working environment.

**Desired Qualification & Experience**:

- Excellent self‐presentation skills and phone etiquette.
- Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency.
- Well‐versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Sound knowledge about digital marketing/Social Media can be a plus point.
- Prior Experience with a graphic design, branding or advertising agency.

Job Type - Full Time
Location - Saket, New Delhi
Timings - 10 AM to 6:45 PM
Working days - Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Salary - 20,000 to 30,000
